The staff here are fantastic and provide excellent service, the room is spacious with a lovely bathroom, and there are great amenities including a kitchen area and a safe.

I stayed in this ideal hotel for 4 days, had real good experience, loved its excellent location near restaurants and shopping, main attractions, stores, and restaurants and the junky stores and head-shops on Bank street. Tastefully decorated double room was brand-new. The bed was very comfy and there were a microwave oven, a fridge, and kitchenware.

We loved staying here, it was beautiful and convenient, with a great location close to attractions, restaurants, and downtown.

Truly enjoyed our fully-equipped and well decorated rooms in this hotel.

The location is amazing, very close to the trendy stores and head-shops on Bank Street. the apartment I had included a nice bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave.

Room was nicely decorated with a big comfy bed and a pretty view. However, the actual views out the windows were not great. 🌇

The people working in the hotel were excellent and knowledgeable. My room was fully-equipped & spotless with great views, a nice balcony, huge windows. - There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges upon arrival. I had a one-night stay in Ottawa and my time here was really good.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were great, from the laundry services to the kitchen utensils. I felt like I was right at home with all the comforts I could want. The air conditioning was great, the terrace was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a little relaxation. The free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the luggage storage was very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The room at Soho Residences Lisgar was nicely furnished and modern, with an amazing bathroom - that's a big plus. the location is great being relatively near Parliament Hill. the Wi-Fi was very good.
